A In addition to training programs for managers and nomination-based training programs for human resource development, employees may choose freely from over 1,000 external training courses by job level and field offered annually through partner institutions. We also provide English training programs, as well as financial support for obtaining professional qualifications such as the ARES Certified Master qualification from the Association for Real Estate Securitization (ARES).
