What is the recruitment process like?
After you submit the required information on the application page, we will review your documents and, in principle, conduct three rounds of interviews before making a hiring decision.
Application
Please select the position you wish to apply for from the job listings and complete the required information.
Document Screening
We will review your application documents.
You will be notified of the result within approximately five business days after submission.
First Interview
You will have an interview with the head of the department you will be assigned to.
Second Interview
You will have an interview with a managing director of the department, as well as the COO and HR representatives.
Final Interview
You will have an interview with a managing director of the company you will be assigned to.

Do you offer training programs?
In addition to training programs for managers and nomination-based training programs for human resource development, employees may choose freely from over 1,000 external training courses by job level and field offered annually through partner institutions. We also provide English training programs, as well as financial support for obtaining professional qualifications such as the ARES Certified Master qualification from the Association for Real Estate Securitization (ARES).
Are there transfers or departmental changes?
Transfers may occur due to business needs; however, we respect each employee’s preferences and make decisions through discussion.
Departmental changes are also determined based on the individual’s career development goals and the company’s business situation.
In addition, we have an internal job posting system. Employees may apply for open positions, and transfers may be possible upon successful selection.
How is personal information handled?
All information submitted during the application process is managed securely and with strict confidentiality.
Please note that application documents such as entry sheets submitted during the selection process will not be returned.
